We guarantee that our products will meet or be tailored to your needs as a nail professional, we will replace any defective products due to manufacturer error in the quality control process. If your product does not qualify for our 3-month limited warranty due to user-caused damage to the product due to normal wear and tear, we will assist you in any way possible to find a suitable replacement for your tools or product. Products that do not qualify for our 3-month limited warranty are nail polishes, monomers, acrylics, and chemicals. The warranty is voided if any signs of wear or tear are noted with the covered products. The warranty applies only to manufacturer's defects and errors.

We recommend that all our clients have professional training in nail care, as all of our products use industry standards in their application or use. We guarantee that all of our products are of professional or superior quality. We process our products through a triple quality control system to ensure that no defective product leaves our warehouses, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with a professional quality product.
